1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the www.katmaconie.com website and the products and services available here are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this website and what it entails, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us occasionally.
Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these terms and conditions, and except in accordance with these terms and conditions, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, a product listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s correct price is less than our stated price we will charge the lower amount. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

All promotional discounts and codes are only valid for the dates published in terms and conditions of the promotion unless otherwise stated. Cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous orders. Interim markdowns may be been taken down during prmotions. Prices as marked on the promotion page. While stocks last. 2.2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
While we make every attempt to properly represent inventory numbers on the Site, merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order is processed, we will cancel the sold-out items and notify you as immediately as possible via e-mail. If you have not received all the items in your order in the delivery, please check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses if applicable via the same payment used for the order. If you have not received any e-mail, contact Customer Services via email@example.com and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
2.3. DUTIES & TAXES
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to the regions below meaning all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at check out. Duties and Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination. please ensure you have selected your shipping location to view the correct pricing and shipping costs for your local market.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. Once you have placed an order and we have received it, you will receive an automated email acknowledging the receipt (“confirmation of order”). This email shall contain all the information about your order, including price and estimated delivery date.
You must immediately check all the details contained in the confirmation of the order and you are advised to keep a printed copy of the order. You can correct any errors in your order up to the point at which you click ‘submit’ on your order. The contract between us will be formed at that point.
Whilst we aim to keep our website information always up-to-date if your chosen product is out of stock, and its price is higher than displayed on your order, we will inform you as soon as possible on the email address attached to your order. Where applicable, we may offer a full refund or an alternative product. We will never provide a substitute product without your explicit consent.
3.1. PAYMENT TERMS
The total cost of your order will be the purchase price for the Products and any additional customisation of shipping fees, if applicable.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us in respect thereof including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. You further confirm that the credit/debit card is valid and the inputted payment details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders and payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider. If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other methods of payment in accordance with your order or as a result of the seller of the Product(s) being located in the United Kingdom.
If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on www.katmaconie.com, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency other than the currency of your purchase as displayed on the www.katmaconie.com.
3.2 GIFT CARDS
These terms and conditions apply to physical gift cards purchased via our website or our London Concept store at 92 Bermondsey Street London SE1 3UB. By purchasing or using Kat Maconie gift cards, you accept these terms and conditions. Kat Maconie reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at www.katmaconie.com/policies/terms-of-service.
Your Kat Maconie gift card can be redeemed both online and at our London concept store by entering its unique code at checkout. The gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. Kat Maconie Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of the activation. At the expiry of the validity period, the gift cards cannot be used for the purchase or reactivated. Please treat your Kat Maconie gift cards as cash, Kat Maconie cannot be held liable for gift cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged.

3.5. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on destination.
All orders are shipped out using a track and trace delivery service. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where the courier can obtain a signature. Any changes to your order please contact us as soon as you can. If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement with DHL On-Demand Delivery, so that the parcel can be left in a chosen place. Please note that if you choose to release signature delivery, Kat Maconie and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
We hold no liability for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made it as simple as possible.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to:

- Book your complimentary home collection or drop it off at a DHL drop-off point
- Send your order back to us within 5 days of receiving the return labels.
Condition of return
Items must be returned to us unused with all original KAT MACONIE undamaged packaging including all product labels, stuffing, dust bags, gift boxes, and tote bags.
Due to the delicate nature of our soles, shoes should be tried on a clean dry protected such as a carpeted surface away from any moisture. Shoes that are returned without a shoe box, in a damaged box, without outer packaging to protect the shoe box, with marked soles or missing components or packaging such as the dust bag(s) may not be accepted and will be sent back to the original delivery address used on the order.
Kat Maconie products purchased through retailers and stockists may not be exchanged, repaired or returned through Katmaconie.com.
Archive sale items marked as final sale on the product page can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. For more information please check out our terms and conditions.
Please note that refunds can take up to 1 to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying refund processing times between payment providers.
Shipping your order back to us
We can provide all orders in the return period with a prepaid DHL Express return label using our negotiated discounted rates. Please note: You don't pay the prepaid return cost separately, it is deducted from your refund. By using this label you consent to the deduction of the return postage cost from your refund.

4.1. ARRANGING A RETURN WITH YOUR OWN COURIER
Postage and any costs incurred must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Kat Maconie (this does not affect your statutory rights). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier service such as DHL Express to return your items to us, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us. For all returns, outer packaging must be marked 'returned goods' to allow us to process your refund or exchange promptly.

In the case of a refund, we will only issue repayment back to the card listed on the original order. We cannot return payment on to any other card or in any other form than the original payment. Once processed by us, the refund is sent straight away to your bank. It usually takes 1-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank and the funds to appear in your bank account. However, it can sometimes take longer depending on how your bank processes refunds. Shipping and handling charges for return merchandise are not refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
Kat Maconie offers exchanges only on different sizes of the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. There is no return shipping or fee for exchanges.

7. DEFECTIVE GOODS
We ask you to return the product to Kat Maconie. Upon receiving it, we will examine the returned product. If it is deemed faulty, we will notify you of your refund via email. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. If we believe the item is not defective the item will be returned to you.
Please be advised that sale items can include ex-display items. These might show some minor signs of wear for example on the sole of the shoe. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the customer service team before your order is shipped.
If the defective item has been purchased from another retailer or stockist please get in touch with them directly and refer to their terms and conditions.
8. SAMPLE SALE GOODS
All sample sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or repaired by Katmaconie.com.
9.1 RETAIL STORES RETURN POLICY
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days.
Please return any unwanted items to the original store of purchase, in resalable condition with all original KAT MACONIE undamaged packaging including all product labels, stuffing, dust bags.
If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do not offer a fitting service please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
9.2 RETAILER POLICIES
Kat Maconie products purchased through other retailers and stockists may not be exchanged or returned through www.katmaconie.com.
10. KAT MACONIE COMPETITION GIVEAWAYS
The giveaways are eligible for all customers aged 18 years or over that entered the Kat Maconie competition following the qualifying steps. To enter the giveaway you have to enter the competition through the link shared by us. You can only enter the competition once. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.
Winner(s) will be chosen at random to win a product or voucher as stated on the relevant page, to be spent on www.katmaconie.com. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative offered. The voucher will be valid for a period of twelve months from the date of receipt.
Unless otherwise stated, the giveaways are open to entries from all countries. Please check our shipping policy to ensure that we deliver to your country as the voucher can only be used on www.katmaconie.com website and therefore not in any physical stores. The winners will be chosen within the dates as stated in the terms of the competition and contacted directly via e-mail or else stated.
13. FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
From time to time we may run free promotional gifts with purchase, these are usually time-limited so we would advise you to place an order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Only orders placed with a qualifying spend and relevant items during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the appropriate voucher or free gift (while stock last).
The gift will be added automatically at checkout with £0.00 value.
All free gifts are subject to availability and cannot be transferred or substituted for any other item (including gifts), cash or credit.
The free gift is only available with purchases made in the Kat Maconie concept store or on www.katmaconie.com.
