RETURN POLICY

We accept return shipments within 14 days of from when the package is received. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in mint condition. In order to return the shipment, please send an email to help@katmaconie.com.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5-7 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery cost (equivalent of $15 within the UAE / $50 all other countries). You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.
