Kat Maconie ships all over the world, for your convenience we provide all orders with a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an automated email update with shipping details and the associated tracking number. A link will be provided in the email so you can check the estimated arrival of your package. 

All orders are shipped out using a signed for delivery service. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where the courier is able to obtain a signature*. We hold no liability for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. 

*All orders are usually shipped out using a signed for delivery service, however, due to social distancing guidelines, this has now been suspended. Instead, the driver will place the parcel in front of your door and wait at a distance for you to collect the parcel.

International Orders to some destinations might result in additional import costs.

This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of this by the customer may be necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. If an order is sent back to our UK warehouse because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK warehouse.
