Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To initiate a return or exchange, please email the Customer Care Team at help@katmaconie.com, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in mint condition, and with all original tags still attached. Once the returned item is received and approved by our team, we will process your refund or exchange. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas.

If you made your purchase via one of our global wholesale partners store or website, then please contact them directly for their process & guidelines related to any inquiries.

 

Return Policy

Return requests should be submitted with 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Return refunds are issued for the item value only and will exclude shipping, duties, taxes and/or VAT fees paid. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of when the item is received.

 

Exhange Policy

Exchange requests should be submitted with 14 days from the date your order is delivered. You can submit your exchange requests to the the Customer Care Team at help@katmaconie.com by clearly stating your order number and return for exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your exchange request has been approved, free shipping will be provided for the exchanged item.

Please note that all return and exchange items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Damage Items Policy

We take quality control seriously and strive to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. All our products are carefully inspected by our teams prior to dispatch. 

If you have received a damaged item, please notify the Customer Care Team within 48 hours of when your order is delivered by sending an email help@katmaconie.com, along with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will be reviewed at the discretion of our product quality team. This policy ensures that we can address issues promptly and maintain fairness across all customer claims.
