Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@katmaconie.com, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in mint condition, and with all original tags still attached. Once the returned item is received and approved by our team, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus the return shipping fee of $50 for international customers. We offer free returns for UAE customers. Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit refund.

Exhange Policy

Upon receiving and approving your returned item, we will dispatch your exchange order. Shipping charges for exchanges are as follows: free of charge for UAE customers and $50 for international customers. We offer free shipping on the exchange item once the request has been accepted and processed.

Please note that all return and exchange items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
