Kat Maconie products traditionally fit to size, we place an emphasis not only on style but also on comfort. International size conversions are supplied with each product covering UK, EU and US sizes, heel heights are also available to aid in the decision making process. If further assistance is needed our customer care team are on hand to offer further and styling information.
Goods Care:
Please note these are general guidelines. We always advise storing shoes away from light and heat preferably in a clean dry area.
Many of our finishes and accessories are produced in house with great care and attention, to avoid damage to them avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
It is normal for leather goods to bear natural imperfections and anomalies, these make every piece original and exclusive to you. To help you better care for your Kat Maconie products please use the following guide:

Before use seal with a professional sealant to repel dirt o To treat a liquid spill, pat the area with a clean cloth and then apply a layer of talcum powder on the stain. Let it set overnight, then brush with a suede brush to remove the dried powder
For dried stains, rub with a kneaded eraser or emery board. For heavier stains, blot with white vinegar and a clean towel. Repeat as needed until stain disappears. This can be used on both water and salt stains.
