Kat Maconie reserves the right to decline any order request and to suspend or close your account at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, that you are the authorised holder of the credit card, debit card, or payment account used, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase. The price of products may fluctuate, and all advertised prices are subject to change.

COUPON CODES

We offer 10% discount to our first-time customers on full-price products purchased through our website. The discount is redeemable using the code WELCOME10 and cannot be applied to products that are already discounted or combined with any other offers. The discount may only be used once per customer and per registered email address. Any attempt to misuse this offer, including (but not limited to) creating multiple accounts under different email addresses to claim the discount more than once, constitutes a breach of these Terms of Sale. In such cases, Kat Maconie reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any action necessary to enforce this policy.

Other Promotional Coupon Codes: From time to time, Kat Maconie may issue additional discount codes for a limited period. Each promotion will have its own conditions, including eligible products, validity dates, and whether it can be combined with other offers. Once expired, these codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

If you are trying to redeem a coupon code during a sale or promotional period and it does not work for any reason whatsoever, Kat Maconie will not implement the sale prices on orders after the sale or promotional period has ended.

FREE GIFT PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Kat Maconie may run promotions offering a Free Gift with a purchase made on the website. Such promotional offers are typically for a limited period only and may be communicated via our subscription marketing emails, SMS or may be advertised directly on the website. Each promotion will be subject to its own terms, but will generally include conditions such as:

PRICING AND WEBSITE ERRORS

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices displayed on katmaconie.com are accurate; however, errors, omissions, or outdated information may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update or change information at any time without prior notice. Kat Maconie also reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed where product information, including pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies, contains errors or inaccuracies.

If an error in pricing is discovered after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued. You may then choose to reorder at the correct price. When ordering products through the website, please note that:

Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description, pricing, or availability of the products
All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, variations may occur due to differences in device screens, and we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on your monitor will exactly match the delivered product
All items are subject to availability. If the product(s) you ordered are unavailable, we will inform you promptly and may suggest alternatives of equal or greater value and quality.

All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT, taxes, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have already received an Order Confirmation for (except where errors or inaccuracies apply, as stated above). The countries where VAT, taxes, and shipping costs are NOT INCLUSIVE are mentioned here.

Payment can be made using debit or credit cards or any other payment methods available on the Website. All card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and are subject to authorisation and validation by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines payment, Kat Maconie will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-delivery. Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email.

PAYMENT METHODS

The website currently hosts various currencies on the website. If your local currency is not applied on your order, you will be charged in the default currency which is AED. The currency conversion will then be applied by your issuing bank.

You can pay using credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, American Express, Klarna, and other available methods depending on your browsing location. For card payments, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are available. Orders will not be dispatched until this check is completed, and your card will be charged once the order has been accepted.

Klarna is also available as a payment option in select regions (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden). Klarna allows you to split your payment into four equal, interest-free instalments. If you choose Klarna, our standard returns policy still applies.

If you choose to pay through a third-party payment platform, it is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of their terms and conditions.

All personal details provided during registration and checkout must be true, accurate, and current. Should your information change, please update your account details or email the Customer Care Team.

REFUNDS AND GENERAL ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

The status of your return can be tracked using the return tracking number that will be updated on your main order. Once the item(s) has been received, it will be checked and verified by our team before the refund is initiated. Please note that after we process your refund, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you have still not received your refund after this period, please contact the Customer Care Team.

Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. If your card has been lost, stolen, or cancelled, the refund will still be processed to the same account provided the card account remains active. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment method. If you believe there has been an error with your refund, please contact the Customer Care team, but first ensure that discounts or promotional codes applied at the time of checkout have been applied, and shipping, taxes and VAT deductions have been considered which is in line with our Returns Policy.

Taking Care of Your Items

When you receive your order, please handle the items with care. It’s fine to try them on or inspect them indoors, but they must stay in their original, unused condition within the 14-day period if you decide to return them. If items are found worn, damaged, or handled in a way that reduces their original value, your refund will be reflected accordingly.

Eligibility:

returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date of your order by emailing the Customer Care Team
if your item arrives damaged, you must notify us and provide photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery
all products must be returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging, with all barcodes and labels attached. Items must be unworn and unused

Refunds:

refunds are issued for the product value only and will exclude any shipping, taxes, or VAT costs paid on delivery
the final refund value is subject to a quality check (QC) by our warehouse to confirm the item is unused and undamaged. If there are signs of wear or damage, the refund amount may differ

Exchanges:

exchanges are subject to availability and must also be requested within 14 days of delivery
if your exchange request is approved, free shipping will be provided for the replacement item
you must submit your exchange requests by emailing the Customer Care Team

Purchases made using Klarna or other payment platforms remain eligible for returns and exchanges under this policy.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

We will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has reached a certain stage of processing, it can no longer be cancelled. As we aim to ship orders quickly, even if you contact us immediately after placing your order, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be reviewed and sent to our warehouse team for processing. If you wish to request a cancellation, please email the Customer Care Team and include your Order Number in the subject along with the message “Please Cancel My Order” so we can prioritize your request.

If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return in line with our Returns Policy.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All product orders are subject to availability. If we experience supply issues or an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch to let you know we are unable to fulfil your order.

YOUR ORDER DELIVERY

Subject to the Stock Availability clause above, we will make every effort to fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will keep you informed and give you the option to continue with the revised delivery schedule or cancel your order for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the order details to the email address you provided. If you wish to change the address on your order, you must immediately email Customer Care Team. We cannot guarantee changes can be made to the details provided on the order at the time of purchase but will try our best to accommodate your request.

REFUSAL OF YOUR ORDER

Kat Maconie may, at any time, remove products from the website or update, edit, or take down content without prior notice. While we aim to process all valid payments and orders, there may be rare situations where we are unable to accept or complete an order, even if you have already received an acknowledgement email. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel any order under such circumstances. Kat Maconie will not be held responsible to you or any third party for withdrawing products, updating website content, or declining an order that has been placed or acknowledged.

In addition, if we reasonably determine that a refund or replacement request is being misused, made in bad faith, or is fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse such a request.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is currently available on orders over AED 1,600 or the equivalent thresholds of USD 450 / GBP 320 / EUR 375 / AUD 670 / CAD 600 / CHF 350 / NZD 740 / SAR 1,600. The applicable threshold is based on the currency shown at checkout (not currency conversion) and is subject to change. Free shipping will apply automatically at checkout when the order meets the required threshold.

The qualifying amount is calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes, duties, or fees are added. Thresholds may vary during promotional or sale periods. Please note that USD and AED thresholds may vary depending on the shipping destination.

If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, standard delivery charges will apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout along with the available delivery options.

Kat Maconie reserves the right to (i) withdraw the free shipping offer and (ii) amend these terms at any time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note that requests to update your shipping address are not guaranteed. We will try to make changes if the order has not yet been processed, but if this is unsuccessful, your order will be shipped to the original address provided. Any charges for address changes requested directly with the carrier will not be the responsibility of Kat Maconie.

All orders, both local and international, are shipped via DHL. You can track your shipment here.

Some countries may require taxes and duties to be paid upon arrival, as determined by your local customs office. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your acknowledgment of these potential charges (calculated against the order value before discounts or sale prices are applied). For deliveries to certain countries, any applicable tax and duty will already have been collected at checkout, and no further payment should be required, you can find that list here.

Please be aware that your local customs may also apply taxes or duties on complimentary or discounted items, often using the product’s full retail value instead of the discounted or free value.

Finally, qualifying for free shipping does not exempt you from customs duties or taxes. These are set and collected by your local customs authorities, not by Kat Maconie.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
