Once you’ve completed the checkout process and placed your order you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email acts as an invoice and includes all relevant details. If there are any errors with the details provided please contact customer services immediately so we can modify your order. You can also review your order via the My account area of the site just use the person icon at the top of the page.




Once your order is placed we aim to process it within 2 working days* before it’s shipped out. Orders placed after 1:00pm (GMT) may be processed the next day, order placed over the weekend or during the holidays will be processed on the next working day.
