What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay on the site using:
- Credit or Debit cards – VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress
- PayPal – if available in your region
- Apple Pay – if available in your region
- Klarna – these countries only; Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
- AliPay – China & Hong Kong
- Przelewy24 – Poland
- Trustly – Denmark, Finland, Spain, Sweden

What currency is shown on the site?
Prices on the site are displayed in your local currency whenever available. If your local currency is not supported, your order will be charged in our default currency which is AED.
2. PROMOTIONS (COUPONS, E-GIFT CARD, ONLINE SALES)
Where do I enter my coupon code?
After adding your items to your basket, when you are on the checkout page, right below the product information you will see a section that says ‘discount code or gift card’.
My coupon code is not working at checkout
Some coupon codes are only valid on specific products or under certain conditions:
WELCOME10 – this code can only be used once per customer on full-price items. If you have already used it on a previous order, it will not be valid on future purchases.
Seasonal coupon codes – from time to time, we release coupon codes as part of special campaigns. Each campaign will have its own Terms & Conditions, which will be shared on the site during the promotion, outlining the eligibility and usage rules for that code.
I purchased an item that is now discounted - do you price match?
Our prices may be updated from time to time in line with promotions, availability, and demand. Because of this, the price of items may differ after you have purchased them. Hence, we are unable to adjust or refund the difference back to you once your order has been placed and completed.
What are the terms & conditions of online sales?
Each sale or campaign we run will have it’s own Terms & Conditions posted on the site before and during the duration of the campaign, you can visit this if you have any questions or reach out to the Customer Care Team at help@katmaconie.com.
Can I return or exchange an item purchased at a sale price after the sale has ended?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
- if you exchange for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference before your exchange order is processed.
- if you exchange for an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
