Prices are displayed in your local currency whenever available. If your local currency is not supported, your order will be charged in our default currency, which is AED.
Promotions
After adding items to your basket, on the checkout page — right below the product information — you’ll see a section that says ‘Discount code or gift card’.
Some codes are only valid on specific products or under certain conditions:
WELCOME10 can only be used once per customer on full-price items. If you’ve already used it on a previous order, it won’t be valid again.
Seasonal codes are released as part of special campaigns. Each campaign has its own Terms & Conditions, shared on the site during the promotion, setting out eligibility and usage rules.
Our prices may be updated from time to time in line with promotions, availability and demand, so the price of an item may differ after you’ve purchased it. We’re therefore unable to adjust or refund the difference once your order has been placed and completed.

Yes — you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Exchange for a higher-value item: you’ll pay the difference before your exchange is processed.
- Exchange for a lower-value item: the difference is refunded to your original payment method.
Coupon codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted.
Order issues
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to amend or cancel, email help@katmaconie.com with your order number straight away and we’ll do our best — though changes can’t be guaranteed once your order has entered processing.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact help@katmaconie.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address can’t be changed.
We’re sorry about that. Email help@katmaconie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of what you received, and we’ll put it right.
Occasionally items in one order ship separately — check your tracking and any additional shipping confirmations first. If an item is still missing, contact help@katmaconie.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.
Report any faults within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@katmaconie.com with your order number and clear photos. Keep the item and packaging, as it may need to be returned for us to process a replacement or refund.

Delivery
Shipping costs vary based on your delivery address. Once you enter your address at checkout, you’ll see the available delivery options along with their prices.
Free shipping is applied on orders over AED 1,600 (or the equivalent: USD 450 / GBP 320 / EUR 375 / AUD 670 / CAD 600 / CHF 350 / NZD 740 / SAR 1,600). The threshold is based on the currency shown at checkout and is subject to change.
It applies automatically at checkout once your order meets the amount. The qualifying total is calculated after discounts and before taxes, duties or fees. Thresholds may vary during promotional or sale periods.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive an email once your order has been processed, including the tracking number, your courier and a trackable link. Most orders ship with DHL and can be tracked via the DHL website.
All local (UAE) and international orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Sometimes tracking updates to ‘delivered’ before the package actually arrives, and it can take up to 24 hours to correct. If you still haven’t received your order after 24 hours, check the proof of delivery via your tracking link — it shows where the package was left and, if applicable, who signed for it.
We’re unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Each order you place is processed and shipped separately.
Head to the checkout and look for your country in the dropdown list. If it isn’t listed, we currently don’t offer shipping there.
Tax & duty charges
Taxes & duties inclusive countries (e.g. Australia, Canada, EU countries, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States): the total paid at checkout already covers all customs duties and taxes — no extra charges apply.
Taxes & duties charged countries (e.g. Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Vietnam): additional charges may apply depending on your address, payable at checkout or on delivery.
For countries not listed, additional fees may be charged by your local customs office after shipping.
In some countries, local customs charge taxes and duties when your order arrives. Free shipping covers the cost of delivery, not local customs charges. Check whether your country is in our all-inclusive pricing or if charges apply at checkout.
DHL will contact you if any additional charges apply. They’re collected by DHL on behalf of your local customs office before or upon delivery.
DHL will attempt to return your order to Kat Maconie. If the return is successful, we process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. In some countries orders can’t be returned if taxes and duties are unpaid, in which case a refund can’t be guaranteed.
Returns & exchanges
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivered date to request a return. Email the Customer Care team at help@katmaconie.com with your order number and return reason. Requests received beyond the 14-day period can’t be accepted.

All returned items must pass a quality check (QC) in our warehouse to confirm they’re in original condition — packaging, dust bags and tags intact, with no signs of wear or damage. Items that don’t meet these conditions may affect your refund eligibility or amount.
Once your return passes QC, a refund is processed to your original payment method. Any taxes and duties paid are deducted from the refund. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear.
You may request an exchange for a different size or another item within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability on the website. Email Customer Care at help@katmaconie.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Higher-value exchange: you’ll pay the difference first. Lower-value exchange: the difference is refunded to your original payment method.
