We are looking for a dynamic individual with great interpersonal skills to join the wholesale team and help us deliver outstanding service to our International partners. Your role will be to support the planning and trading of our wholesale accounts and to offer support to the Sales Director. The ideal candidate should be lively, well organised, pro-active and accustomed to working in a small team. 

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new business accounts

- Manage order placement, including reorders

- Maintain and provide support for all purchase order processing 

- Keep the wholesale critical path, dispatch reports and all product detail documents up to date

- Coordinate wholesale meetings, arranging rooms, dates and communicate the agenda

- Support new partner set up process

- Showroom Management; merchandising the collection, meeting and greeting customers, answering queries via email and telephone

- Mark up orders after appointment and then process orders on relevant system and updating Sales Target

- Manage sample coordination; unpacking, logging and returning seasonal collections

- Booking couriers/taking post

- Dealing with customer and brand queries

- Assist at International trade shows

- General office admin (filing, phone cover)

- Research

- Stock Management

- Logistics support

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Good use of initiative and problem solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

- Commercial awareness

- Confident communicator and presenter

- Highly organised with great time management

- Ability to work under pressure and still deliver great service

- Self-motivated and ability to use initiative
