We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return an item, we’ve made it as simple as possible. Just return the item(s) in the original undamaged packaging including all product labels, stuffing, dust bags, gift boxes, and tote bags within 30 days* of receiving your order, and enclose the completed returns form in your parcel. Returns that appear to be used will regrettably not be refunded and might be returned to you.

*For orders placed between March 1st - June 14th the return period was temporarily extended to 60 days while our concept store was closed. 

Archive sale items marked with a '*' are final and can not be returned.

Contact Free returns: 

We are now shipping all orders with a prepaid DHL Express return label using our negotiated discounted rates. Please note: You don't pay the prepaid return cost separately, it is deducted from your refund. By using this label you consent to the deduction of the return postage cost from your refund.

Initiating a return UK and EU
  • Please enter one of the reason codes on the return form that came with your order.
  •  Attach the Transportation Label on top of the box.
  • Place the Waybill document on top of the box ready for collection. 
  • Call your local DHL to arrange a collection at a time convenient for you or email us to confirm what date you will be home and available for home collection.
  • For all returns, outer packaging must be marked 'returned goods' to prevent your parcel being held at customs and allow us to process your refund or exchange promptly. Any customs fees incurred from incorrect shipments will be charged from your refund.
  • When the driver arrives they will stand a distance from your door and wait for you to place the parcel outside for collection.
  • You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
  • *Collections can only be arranged from the original shipping address. To arrange a return from a different address please contact customer services.
Initiating a return US and countries outside of the EU
  • Please enter one of the reason codes on the return form that came with your order.

  • Attach x 1 Transportation Label (EXPRESS WORLDWIDE label) and x 2 CUSTOMS INVOICES on top of the box.

  • Place the rest on the documents on top of the box for the driver (x1 Waybill Document and x1 customs invoice).

  • Call your local DHL to arrange a collection at a time convenient for you or email us to confirm what date you will be home and available for home collection.

  • For all returns, outer packaging must be marked 'returned goods' to prevent your parcel being held at customs and allow us to process your refund or exchange promptly. Any customs fees incurred from incorrect shipments will be charged from your refund.

Initiating a return with your own label
  • Please enter one of the reason codes on the return form that came with your order.
  • Postage and any costs incurred must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Kat Maconie (this does not affect your statutory rights)
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier service such as DHL Express to return your items to us, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
  • For all returns, outer packaging must be marked 'returned goods' to prevent your parcel being held at customs and allow us to process your refund or exchange promptly. Any customs fees incurred from incorrect shipments will be charged from your refund.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

 

EXCHANGES 
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges once the order has been processed and shipped, however, you can return the item and reorder the new size.
*Please be advised we have a handy tool on our website to make it easier when selecting the best fit. Simply select a size on the product page and the length and widest part measurement will be displayed below for your reference.
