1. DELIVERY COST & TIMINGS

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery address. Once you enter your address at checkout, you’ll see the available delivery options along with their prices.

 

How much do I have to spend to qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping will be applied on orders over AED 1,600 or the equivalent thresholds of USD 450 / GBP 320 / EUR 375 / AUD 670 / CAD 600 / CHF 350 / NZD 740 / SAR 1,600. The applicable threshold is based on the currency shown at checkout (not currency conversion) and is subject to change.

Free shipping will apply automatically at checkout when the order meets the required threshold.

The qualifying amount is calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes, duties, or fees are added. Thresholds may vary during promotional or sale periods. Please note that USD and AED thresholds may vary depending on the shipping destination.

 

2. DELIVERY INFORMATION

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link.

All other orders are shipped with DHL. You can track DHL deliveries here

 

Where is my order shipped from?

All local (UAE) and international orders (rest of the world) are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

 

My package shows as delivered but I have not yet received it

Sometimes courier tracking updates the status to ‘delivered’ before the package has been delivered, and it may take up to 24 hours to be updated correctly.

If you still haven’t received your order after 24 hours, please check the proof of delivery available via your tracking link. This will show where the package was delivered and, if applicable, who signed for it.

 

Can I combine multiple orders for delivery?

We’re unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Each order you place will be processed and shipped separately.

 

Do you ship to my country?

To find out if we deliver to your country, head to the site checkout and look for your country in the dropdown list. If it isn’t listed, then we currently do not offer shipping to that country.

 

3. TAX & DUTY CHARGES

How much tax & duties will I be charged?

  • Taxes & Duties Inclusive (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Isreal, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States): For these countries, the total amount paid at checkout already covers all customs duties and taxes, so no extra charges will be applied.

 

  • Taxes & Duties Charged at Checkout (Angola, Brazil, Chile, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Macao, Maldives, Mauritius, Morocco, Namibia, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam): For these countries, additional taxes & duties may apply depending on your delivery address. This fee can be paid at checkout along with your order or at the time of delivery.

For countries not listed above, additional taxes & duties fees may be charged to you by your local customs office after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

DHL have contacted me regarding an additional payment due on my order. I thought I had Free Shipping?

In some countries, local customs may charge taxes and duties when your order arrives. Please check the information above to see whether your country is included in our all-inclusive pricing or if additional charges apply at checkout.

 

How do I pay additional Taxes and Duties charges?

DHL will contact you if there are any additional tax & duty charges applied to your order. These will be collected by DHL on behalf of your local customs office before or upon delivery.

 

What happens if I refuse to pay for the additional Taxes & Duties charges on my order?

If any taxes or duties apply to your order, DHL will contact you directly. Should you choose not to pay these charges, DHL will attempt to return your order to Kat Maconie. If the return is successful, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that in some countries, orders cannot be returned if taxes and duties are unpaid. In such cases, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
