DUTIES & TAXES
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to most countries around the world, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at check out. This applies to most regions including the UK, US, EU, AUSTRALIA, NIGERIA, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, UAE, and QATAR. Duties and Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination. please ensure you have selected your shipping location to view the correct pricing and shipping costs for your local market.

Kat Maconie ships all over the world, for your convenience we provide all orders with a tracking number. Once your order has been packed by our warehouse you’ll receive an automated email update with shipping details and the associated tracking number. A link will be provided in the email so you can check the estimated arrival of your package.
All orders are shipped out using a signed for delivery service. Please ensure you provide a shipping address where the courier is able to obtain a signature. We hold no liability for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour, disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
NOT GOING TO BE HOME?
We ship all online orders with DHL Express, offering you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery as well as help us to work on our sustainability goals. DHL’s On-Demand Delivery (ODD) service helps make sure parcels get delivered the first time, allowing you to customise the delivery date to suit you, which reduces the impacts of second or third delivery attempts on the environment.
Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the on Demand Delivery site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number to choose one of the options below.
1. CHANGE DELIVERY DATE
You may be able to change the delivery date of your shipment if the originally scheduled date is not convenient for you. You may select a delivery date up to 7 calendar days from the original date. Your new delivery date will appear as the Revised Delivery Date.
2. SIGNATURE RELEASE / LEAVE IN SAFE PLACE
If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement, so that the parcel can be left in a chosen place. Please note that if you choose to release signature delivery, Kat Maconie and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
3. LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOUR, CONCIERGE OR GUARD
You can authorise DHL to leave your shipment with an immediate neighbour, concierge or guard providing their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, neither Kat Maconie nor DHL can be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
4. COLLECT FROM SERVICE POINT OR LOCKER
DHL ODD will show you the nearest DHL Service Points. They will contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your parcel. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be sent back to us. If an order is sent back to our UK warehouse because of failure to collect it from a service point, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK warehouse.
To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:
- A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
- Your email/SMS notification from DHL
In the UK, you can also select an InPost Locker to pick up your order from. Once the DHL courier has put your parcel in a locker, you'll receive a text or e-mail with a pickup code. You then have one whole week to pick up your parcel at any time of the day. Once you're at the locker, enter your code into the display and the parcel is yours!
5. VACATION HOLD
If you'll be away on holiday, you can change the delivery date up to 30 calendar days from the originally scheduled date.

We hope you like your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the item. To initiate a return please click here to visit our returns portal for a return shipping label. Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Note that archive sale items marked as final sale on the product page can only be exchanged or returned to a gift card. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product so please place the box within a shipping box to prevent any damage.
