1. This offer (the "Discount Sale Season" or "DSS") gives customers 30%-50% off selected full-price styles from Kat Maconie's 2023, 2024 and 2025 collections, while stocks last. Discount percentages are genuine reductions from each item's most recent standard selling price and are not inflated for the purpose of the promotion.
2. Each discounted product page displays the original price, the discounted price, and the percentage saved, together with the offer's start and end dates, in line with UAE pricing transparency requirements.
3. The promotion runs from 2 July 2026 to 3 August 2026 (inclusive), online at
   [katmaconie.com] [and in Kat Maconie boutiques in the UAE, if applicable]. This falls within the maximum 2-month duration permitted for a single Dubai sales-promotion permit. Kat Maconie reserves the right to extend, shorten, or withdraw the offer, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
4. This promotion is conducted under Sales Promotion Permit No.1594552 , issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), valid for the promotional period stated above. [Confirm permit obtained before launch -- required for any advertised discount/sale campaign by a Dubai-licensed retailer.]
5. Discounts shown are applied automatically to the marked-down price of eligible items at checkout. No promotional code is required unless stated on the product page or checkout.
6. The offer applies only to items specifically marked as part of the DSS / Old Collection Edit. Full-price new-season styles, gift cards, and any items already excluded on the product page are not eligible.
7. This offer cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount, promotional code, loyalty reward, gift card, or offer, unless expressly stated on the relevant product or promotion page. Where more than one promotion could apply to an order, only the single highest-value discount will be honoured.
8. All items are subject to availability. Sizes and colours are limited and not all styles are available in all sizes. Kat Maconie is not obliged to restock sold-out sizes or styles included in the sale.
9. Sale items remain subject to Kat Maconie's standard Return & Exchange Policy: eligible items may be returned or exchanged within [7-14] days of delivery/purchase, in original, unworn condition with proof of purchase. Under UAE consumer protection law, a blanket "no returns/no refunds" policy on discounted goods is not permitted; faulty or misdescribed goods remain returnable regardless of any stated exclusion.
10. Prices displayed include the applicable DSS discount. No adjustment, credit, or refund of the difference will be made for items purchased before or after the promotional period, or at a different discount tier, except as set out above.
11. This offer is valid as stated at clause 3 above and does not apply retroactively to
    previous orders.
12. Standard delivery costs, delivery timeframes, and shipping terms continue to apply as set out in Kat Maconie's general Shipping Policy. For international orders, customers remain responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.
13. Kat Maconie reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where an error in pricing, discount application, or stock availability has occurred, and will notify the customer and issue a full refund in such cases.
14. All DSS promotional signage, banners, and pop-ups will be removed from the website (and any participating boutique) within 24 hours of the promotion's expiry.
15. This offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, and forms part of, and is subject to, Kat Maconie's general Terms & Conditions of Sale, available at Terms and Conditions.
